We offer refunds (minus shipping) for eligible items (see exceptions below) within 10 days of receipt of the items. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All tags must be attached.
Items not eligible for returns include: hats, jewelry, purses, and all sale items.
Items being returned must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of the item. Customer is responsible for paying for shipping back. Please enclose original packing slip.
We recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Money will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process the return and 3-5 business days to receive the refund.
If you receive the wrong item or an item was sent to you damaged please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of your package. In the email please describe the problem and send pictures, if applicable.
