UPDATED RETURN POLICY TIME FRAME DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS:

All purchases made starting on March 1st will be allowed to be brought back/sent back through April 31st. This will be subject to change as we take things day by day surrounding the current events in the world. Please let us know if you have any questions! 

 

In store return policy:

All items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase. Items must have tags attached and be unworn. 

 

Online Return Policy:

 

Here at A Touch of Jane we are so thankful for all of our customers and their business. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

We offer STORE CREDIT (minus shipping) for eligible items (see exceptions below) within 10 days of receipt of the items. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All tags must be attached.

Items not eligible for returns include: hats, jewelry, purses, and all sale items.

Items being returned must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of the item. Customer is responsible for paying for shipping back. Please enclose original packing slip.

We recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive the wrong item or an item was sent to you damaged please send an email to info@atouchofjane.com within 3 days of receipt of your package. In the email please describe the problem and send pictures, if applicable.
